Set a Course for Texas Wines - March 31 March 3, 2008

Texas Department of Agriculture’s Wine Program has partnered with the Wine & Food Foundation of Texas to host Set a Course for Texas Wines on Monday, March 31 at the Dallas Contemporary.  The event is an opportunity for Dallas wine lovers to sample some of the state’s finest wines (26 participating Texas wineries) and artisan foods in a celebration of Texas’ status as the fifth-largest wine producing state in the country.  The event features Chef Richard Chamberlain serving Texas beef from the Texas Beef Council and many local cheese producers.  Set a Course runs from 6:00-9:00pm and tickets are $40/person.  For reservations, call (512) 327-7555.

    The flyer for this event has been updated. In addition to Richard Chamberlain, Set a Course will also feature Abacus Sous Chef Jermaine Brown.
